Lil’ Dragons is a specialized program for  4 to 6 year olds.  It focuses on many aspects to help your child’s growth by utilizing his or her youthful energy with fun activities that promote fitness, agility and coordination. There is special emphasis on following directions, respectful interactions and safety (fire, strangers, etc.) 

Martial arts for kids is designed for the 7-12 year old group. This is where they begin their journey to Black Belt. We address not only the skills of Jiu-jitsu and Karate, but also practical self-defense, self-discipline, and confidence. Of course, we throw in lots of fun as well! 

Adult Jiu-jitsu is a self-defense method based on suppleness and technique, not strength and size.  Skills include defenses, strikes, throws, locks, chokes, and ground fighting. Our style combines the best of Japanese and Brazilian jiu-jitsu with the strikes of karate. If you want to learn to handle yourself in a dangerous situation, this is the class for you!  

Cage Fitness was developed by 9X UFC Champ Matt Hughes.  It is an amazing workout that addresses your cardio vascular and strength needs without the need to learn martial arts or work with a partner.  The workout consists of 5 rounds of 5 minutes each.  Round 1 is a warm-up. Round 2 is upper body.  Round 3 is lower body. Round 4 is a combo, and round 5 is a core workout.  Come see what everyone is raving about!

 Contemporary Jeet Kune Do - Bruce Lee's martial art!  This program is designed to pass on the martial knowledge base on the teachings of Bruce Lee, his friend Guro Dan Inosanto and his student Paul Vunak, the instructor to SEAL Team 6.  JKD is the original Mixed Martial Art.
